   I'm trying to add a config that allows an Administrator of a server to customize it in game or via file.
   
   I'm wanting to have it change the damage amount of the player, change the time the player takes the damage, and change the item that I have added to it.
   
   
   The plugin is Toxicity, and it suffocates you unless you are wearing an iron helmet. (so you know what I'm talking about).
   
   I want to be able to change the helmet, damage, and the time the player takes damage within the config, but I can't seem to figure it out.
