How do i remove ability to Enchants with /item essentials plugin

I Would like to give my players ability to use the "/item" command in essentials to spawn items however with TMI this also allows them to enchant spawned items which i don't want. I have given the group permission "essentials.item", however this is giving them access to spawn and enchant. Is there a way that i can block the enchants?​

 

Give the group you don't want to enchant this perm
- -essentails.enchant.*

 

I have, it don't make a difference.

Did you try to reload the server after doing what Iroh said?
And did you check all of the other permissions incase another one is causing such an effect?

 

Acer_Mortem Don't reload restart sometime reloading doesn't cut it. chris_61 show us your perms file.

"/Reload"ing the permission plugin works every time for me, but it wouldn't hurt to restart.

 

Works fine for me all so. But if people are helping me I try not to waste there time even if it is unlikely.

 

update to essentials devbuilds and make sure essentials.enchantments.enchantname isnt given.
