How do I make a soup Chest!

    Ive been trying for around a day (searched others posts); however every time i make a soup chest it dosent work!
    A soup chest is when you rightclick a chest; a inventory (that only you can see) of soup pops up....
    Ive tried nearly everything....some help would be nice :D

    Would there be signs or commands involved? Also would there be permissions?
