How do I get (item) the map to have rules, etc?

    Some of the servers I go on, have the map as part of the starter kit. And instead of it showing the area around you, it has rules and etc.. and you can scroll and select them? How is this done? and how can I add this on my server?

    This is more of a "search-the-internet-for-a-plugin" thing. Just go into bukkit Plugin search engine and type something like "MapRules" or something creative like that! Or if you can't find it, request it! Or even learn Java!
