Problem/Bug How do I fix this server crash?

How do I fix this? Every once and a while, my server crashes because of a "system time change", or something. Here are the messages that I've gotten in my console about this:

How do I fix this? All help will be appreciated

Try this:

Stop your server.
Start your server.
When it's fully started, stop it again.
Go in to your server files.
Go to the logs folder.
Open the file called latest.log.
Copy and paste the contents at http://pastebin.com/.
Post it there and then link the URL here.

It'll give you a smaller log to post, while still giving us the information we need.

It's likely that your server is just getting overloaded because you have too many plugins or players.

@oceantheskatr I thought I found the problem, but its happening more. I restarted the server, and it stopped happening for a while.
