    How do i code this? I dont even an idea how to start

    'How to do this' isn't too specify.
    The bending plugin in the video is made up of different things.
    If you want learn how its done (entire plugin) then i suggest you look into the source code.

    The bits i actually managed to watch.

    Check is player is sneaking. move player to mouse position.
    Left click would be something like setting the players velocity to the direction the bender is looking at/
