Question How Can I Make PerworldTps?

Hi, i have a Spigot server and i have multiple worlds and 3 of them have the permission to /tpa and if you do /tpa (playername) it will work but it works when those 2 players are in different worlds

Example: IF im in survival world and i do /tpa (NAME) and the (NAME) is in the world skyblock he will get the request!

Please Help!

I know that i need a bungeecord server for this but i don't want to get into that complicated things i just simply need to know how to make per world tps
