How can i disable 'backscatter', of a minecart?

I could'nt find out how to make 'my own backscatter', this way you told me that.
If you give me some code i'll be happy!
(Sorry because i always ask you about code! )

Btw. I copy paster not just the code you give me. I'm looking through the code, it shall suit my needs so I ask not just about the code because I'm lazy. I just want to see how things work and how to do it. Google gives me nothing usefull.

I've promised a guy i'll help him with a plugin, but now i could'nt help him

 

own backscatter is just getting the direction vector (entity.getLocation().getDirection()), modifying however you want it (like normalizing, reversing it, making it smaller) and applying it as velocity
