   I have seen a few plugins before that are able to display an item display name at the cursor when it hovers over something in chat, and can detect when the player clicks something in the chat. I have looked at all of Bukkit's API and events and I don't see anything for it there, so I have assumed it is a craftbukkit thing. I have done lots of research, and I have tried using craftbukkit API, but I cannot figure it out. Can someone please explain it to me and show a basic example for detecting hovering/clicks in chat?
