"Hologram" Help

    So, I would like to create a plugin that allows me to put custom nametags over blocks, sort of as signs. I understand that there is a plugin already made for this, but I want to know how to do it on my own, so that I don't have to use an API. Anyone know how?

    Get location of the block, add one to the Y and show the hologram there?
