I havent spotted any Plugin like this however there might be one floating around. A Hitlist in which players could place hits on players such as /hit -Name- money/Item And any player who kills this player will recieve the money also u could type /hitlist and it would show all hits and the player who set them where ppl could contact the player who placed the hit in order to maybe Find out where the Hit is located. This would create another way to create money on a Faction server like mine even on a Small or Big server it would be fun and exciting!
