@Gh0stKitty Could you link it? Looking at the source might give some idea as to how it would work.

@Gh0stKitty I tried decompiling it, and it looks to me like the plugin just damages players around the grass when hitting it. :7
EDIT: It seems to be made for 1.13, so i think it should work for 1.14 as well; did you try it, as @timtower asked?

Is there anyway someone could make this for 1.14.4
and have it so if you hit grass or passable blocks it will damage entities in a 1 block radius?

I think we should use the eye position of player to detect block and entity
that cross this line in range of natural minecraft reach
I'll try to do it when I finish making the plugin I'm working on

    No it wasn't done.

I've tried out your plugin but I do have an issue
All players on my server are in Adventure mode so i not sure how this would work right?
Players cannot hit through ferns/flowers/tall grass etc. However they can hit through normal grass

    Fixed in the latest update!

    Edit:
If you downloaded the latest update, and it still did not work. I updated it again, download it again. This time it should give you a config so you can add your own blocks you want to be effected.

How did it work out for you? I still need to do the damage part of the plugin as all hits do the same damage, but this should allow you to attack people.

It works fine with mobs, however attacking players doesnt seem to be consistent. For the most part it doesnt let you hit players but once in awhile you can.

I made it more consistent in the latest update, allows you to attack players feet. Also added a ignore permission, the next update should cover all of the detection. And have it so you will always be able to hit, currently you can only hit if the player is in grass or you are in grass, but if there is grass in between it ignores it.
