   can someone please make a plugin that raises the enchantment levels like:
   protection up to 10
   sharpness up to 30 (very op)
   then all other enchantments up to 15
   
   
   would also be cool to be able to put potion effects on weapons
   
   
   please this would help me out alot

   All of that is possible with EnchantmentApi using the config that comes with it. Optionally, you can also use Enchantmentpack which requires the Api and you can see some of the custom enchantments in this video.
