High Enchants (Essentials?)

I'm wondering if there is a way to give higher enchants then normal through the essentials kits.

I have the plugin TimTheEnchanter, which allows higher enchants. So I'm wondering if through a kit, I could allow it to go higher then it's normal level.


EX:
protx:
delay: 1
items:
- 310 1 protection:10
- 311 1 protection:10
- 312 1 protection:10
- 313 1 protection:10

But with essentials, it'll only allow Protection:4 any way to curve around this?
