HG World System

I'm currently making a HG type server (v. 1.8) and I want the world to regenerate into a random new default minecraft world every time the game ends (so that no two games are the same).

How would I go about doing this? I've seen several posts about how it is impossible to delete the world folder with the server still on, but I don't want a load of server files piling up on my computer.
