Problem/Bug Hey Fellas, I Could Use Some Help...

Hey, I'm Colby and have been working on my server for around a month now. Everything works fine except a few... lets say bugs. I have quite a few problems actually and would really love some help!
I'm on Craftbukkit on MC: 1.12.2.


1) Whenever I Type /lc for My Lobby Compass Plugin It Says "An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command". It used to work fine, this is new. I have world edit, essentials, all that jazz. Here is what the console says when I type it:

2) I was wondering if someone could set up my PermsEx permission ytl... This one isn't has important but I've no joke been working on this alone for 2 weeks now and I can't seem to get it. I understand permissions but I can't get my ranks to work. I tried a generator but it didn't work. If you want to do this then the ranks I want are this: [Member],[OG],[Donator],[Donator+],[YouTube],[Helper],[Mod], and [Owner]. I can set up the perms if you are willing to send me a working one. If you don't want to or can't I understand, but at least send me a video tutorial. None of them are clear enough for me. Sorry if this one is dumb.

3) I forgot this one ha... I'll update if I remember. Thanks Guys! I could really use this help. I'll give you all credit when I get these fixed!
