Problem/Bug Herochat and Multiverse

In my server, I use both plugins, herochat and multiverse. The server has a global chat, however in different worlds, players cant hear each other through global. For example, Player A is in the main world, but wants to talk to Player B who is in the nether. Player A would have to go to the nether then use global chat in order for Player B to hear them. I want Global chat to be for all worlds, not just one. Any ideas of how to fix?
