Plugin Help Help

So I have a little server for me and my friends and well it's just a cannoning server. Is there anyway I can make it so when I teleport into the little creative world where we cannon even when your in creative mode but not op you can't break the walls. So when you teleport in you get put into a big bedrock box. Basically what I'm trying to say is I don't want people breaking the bedrock wall and getting out. Most servers when you try and break the wall it won't let you. So is there anything I can do? Also how can I disable people from shooting flame bows or bows in general because I have tnt setup for decor and I dont want people just blowing that up. One last thing. I'm trying to use hubessentials for my 1.7.2 server and it won't work. I download the right version but it still isn't working. Should I update to 1.7.9 or no?
