Problem/Bug Help with YAML permissions file

I'm using PowerRanks for the rank system on my server, and after attempting to parse it online, it says
ERROR:

mapping values are not allowed here
in "<unicode string>", line 3, column 13:
Moderator:
^
But I don't understand, as it doesn't seem to have a problem with any other lines with a similar format, and it was the same result in other YAML parsers.

If you could have a look at the text document of the yml file, and attempt to help me fix it, that would be great!






For some reason, the arrow is shown below the "M" in Moderator, but should be under the colon at the end of it. I don't know if it shows up correctly for you, but I've put this here in case it is the same for you.

 

I've done that, but the online parsers still say that the mapping values are not allowed for every single colon in the file, are there some indents I'm missing or something like that?
