Question Help with warp permissions

Okay so my members have these permissions:

    - essentials.warp
    - essentials.warp.list
    - essentials.warps.pvp
    - essentials.warps.beach
    - essentials.warps.crates
    - essentials.warps.pvpview

I have a warp set as "vipmine" and default members are allowed to warp there. I am honestly very confused as Iv'e set this up before without any problems. Any help would be great thank you!
