help with survival games plugin

HI! I know i should make a ticket for this at Survival Game's Bukkit Dev, but there was one already made, AND they hadn't done any in more than a month. Anyways, you guys are so awesome, you probably can help me easily!!

i am getting this message in my main server thing:
