Help With Grief Prevention Commands

A few days ago I created a Minecraft server. I've had a few in the past so I'm familiar with the PermissionsEx plugin, however, this is my first time using the Grief Prevention plugin. As of right now, even the initial members who join my server have access to many Grief Prevention "/" commands such as "/GivePet". I've tried removing the actual permission through PEX, but since the permissions weren't there to start with, it made no difference. So I'm assuming that I just need to change things in the Grief Prevention config.
