Help with Factions and mcore

Hi,
So i setup a new multiverse with mcore, and called it FactionsMultiverse.
Then i made a new universe with mcore and called it FactionsUniverse.
Then assigned my 3 worlds (FactionsSurvival, FactionsSurvival_nether, FactionsSurvival_the_end) to the FactionsUniverse.
As i can understand from the wiki,

there should be a factions_uconf@default for the default multiverse, and a factions_uconf@FactionsUniverse for the one i just created.
There isn't a factions_uconf@FactionsUniverse even after i restarted the server. Why? (first question)

Then i tried claim in the world FactionsSurvival and i got the message "Factions are disabled in the universe "Default". And when i did /usys m l to see what universes FactionsMultiverse had, i saw "default" and FactionsUniverse.
As i can read on the wiki

so that would probably be it. But why can't i claim in FactionsSurvival? I disabled factions in /factions_uconf@default/instance.json but that should only affect the default multiverse.

And one last question. The wiki says

How do i do that? Can't see a command for moving, only creating universes.
