Help with blocking a command! NEED HELP ASAP

    I use groupmanager.
    Players are doing /msg ** lol
    ^^ and spamming it.

    Today someone did /pay ** 0.001
    spammed it and crashed the server. I need a fix for this ASAP

    Use a plugin like Chat Control or No Cheat Plus, i believe these have a option so you can have a cooldown between commands

    essentials added a permission node for those commands in their newest versions. Deny it from your users
