Help w/ ScoreboardStats

I'll try to keep this short to avoid wasting any more of your time than I already have, I want this to display the top fifteen players online by kills. No switching between the main scoreboard and the temp scoreboard, just the one which ranks them by kills. All players online should be able to see the scoreboard. It should essentially look like this:

I'm not the best at formatting but you probably get the picture. The problem is that when I alter the default config it stops displaying the scoreboard. When I use the default config with minor changesm such as allowing the scoreboard to be displayed in all words instead of excluding "city", it works fine for everyone except it only displays your own personal stats. However, when I try to change it to display everyone online via using the main scoreboard or just the temp scoreboard it stops displaying for everyone and doesn't seem to work.

I've been collaborating with the author for the past several days trying to fix this (as you can tell by the comments on the plugin page) but to no avail. I really want to get it working by tomorrow and it seems to be a relatively easy config, I'm just extremely inexperienced and slow. Can anyone provide me with a corrected config for this mod with possibly some notes explaining what you changed and what each line does? So I can understand better what I was doing wrong.
