Help /spawn and /setspawn commands not working?

/spawn and /setspawn was working until i updated essentials to the lastest and craftbukkit to the latest ( 1.1) Now /spawn and /setspawn are not working! I have these plugins

- Essentials ( i use for /spawn and /setspawn which are nto working )
- Towny
- iConomy 6 ( with Register 1.5 for Towny )
- Lwc
- PermissionsEx ( including modifyworld, and chatmanger)
- Worldedit
- WorldGuard
- ChestShop
- Towny chat
- Questioner

Those Are the Plugins I've Used Since 1.8.1 with no Problems After i upgraded to latest essentials thats then it stopped working so i use the 2.7.1. all the way to 2.4.2 essentials Still NO fix Please Help!

 

When you download essentials, make sure you have the EssentialsSpawn.jar also. EssentialsSpawn is what gives you those commands.
