Help reading plugins source, detecting malicious plugin

Hi i am wondering if anyone could read a plugins source for me and tell me exactly what it does.
I am fully 100% sure that some guy is trying to scam me out of it,

i've done a little bit of coding before and just by looking at the .class names without decompiling it you can tell it don't do what he claims
i just don't know exactly what

i won't share the code on this post (for an obvious reason it might be harmful to a server)
so anyone with good understanding of plugin development could you pm me and ill share this code and you can tell me what it does and then i can go back to this guy and show him right off
