Question help please if you can

Ok first I've started a server then i tried to forward it in "forwarder" but I cannot click add, it is not lit up and I am using (spigot-1.9-RO.1-SNAPSHOT-latest) if it matters i will also show a picture below

What is the "forwarder"? Are you sure you are port forwarding the correct port (I.e 25565 )?

 

oops sry i was trying different ports and yes i did try it

if it makes a difference it didn't put my ip address in there but i typed it in myself by searching cmd in the search bar of the computer.

 

First of all when you are port forwarding, make sure you are using the LAN IP Address of the computer hosting the server. If your router has the option for internal port and external port, set them both to 25565. Here is a guide on how to port forward your Minecraft server. Select your router brand and model and it will step you through how to do it.
