Solved [Help] People cannot talk unless opped

I know this is a common problem but I added the modifyworld permission and it still doesnt work. I need help soon. Thanks in advance.

Give the users modifyworld.* to be able to do everything modifyworld related.
Give the users modifyworld.chat.* or modifyworld.chat To let them able to chat

Hmm i'm not sure but i dont think Modifyworld and groupmanger work together (unsure) Modifyworld is apart of the PEX suite. You could try using essentials-antibuild or essentials-protect.

 

fussionzz97 is it absolutely needed for a server with groupmanager or can i get rid of it
