okay so im running permissions 2.5.5 phoenix and i need to know how to make it so my default group cant ban people ive tried some things that youll see and they didnt work. modify it and send me a link to it on pastebin. put what you know will work, modify anything to make it work. here it is: http://pastebin.com/KxPCG1ei
Go to your server folder, and check that you don't have those people listed in the ops.txt file, because if they are, they get all server commands. I'm almost positive Permissions won't let you use any commands without an actual commands plugin like CommandBook, Essentials, or that Sprint plugin you seem to be using, so any commands they may be using are probably from being in the ops.txt file instead.
