Help me find this survival games plugin please!

I'm looking for a survival games/ hunger games plugin that has signs, lobby, spawns and preferably deathmatches, but chest restocking NOT INCLUDED so that I can use my own chest restock plugin that works with forge items. Another option is a survival games plugin working with forge items.

Another option is letting me know if there is a plugin that lets you disable chest restock.
