Question Help finding this plugin

I want a plugin that is like this:
When you kick (reason), tempban (reason), or ban (reason), it broadcasts it but ONLY to staff.

I'm pretty sure this plugin is out there but I've searched all over and can't find out.

no it doesn't.. I said I want a plugin that broadcasts the message to staff only, not public chat. And here's what I want it to look like:
&8[&3&lStaff&8] &2(person) &3kicked $2(person) &3for: &c(reason)

 

@TedTheGamerYT With essentials it broadcasts to everybody with a certain permission. And you can change the format in the message.properties.

 

what's the permission for this?
