[Help][Dynmap][Herochat] Web to In game not working!

I have my config files uploaded... Links below if you can fix it please send it to me! But i have tried to search online and got no answers. In game to web works just fine... But when someone chats on the dynmap it only shows up on other users that have the map open... It does not show in game.
