/help command showing vanilla commands only?

Whenever I execute the /help command, it only lists the vanilla commands. How can I change this?

 

What plugins do you have installed? Do you have essentials?

Nope, no essentials. Is that a problem? If so, are there any help plugins to replace that function?

 

Essentials is the main one that shows all plugin commands, but there are others... Here is a list. Although all the ones that will do the same as Essentials are outdated, they could still work. If not, Essentials is a great plugin to have anyway if you needed.

 

I would have it, but I heard it eats server resources and might cause lag.

 

I am an admin on a server , and i have never had a problem with it so far...
