{HELP} Citizens2 Not working..

    Okay so I recently got Citizens2 right? Well, I looked on the wiki to find out how to create a NPC (/npc create bob) I did that and guess what.. Didn't work. I get "Unknown command. Did you mean: /npc path" well then I tried 10 other version of citizens didn't work. I tried updating vault. Didn't work. I added all the Citizens permissions, didn't work. I posted on 2 other forums, didn't help.
    I am very mad and don't know why it's not working. Can you help?    ​

    This forum is for help with programming, not help using specific plugins. Try to get in touch with the creator of that plugin if you need help with it.
