Mah brain... I don't understand how to get any of these to work. I know this is a lot to ask but could someone help me in teamviewer? I've got a lot of really good people on my server that would like these plugins to work. I'll accept any help right now.

Done everything and added all plugins. Turns out you werent using actually bukkit. Now enjoy your new awesome server!
What's the point of even running a server if you can't maintain it yourself? Not my place to say though, but what will you do the next update?
My point exactly. If you want to learn it why would he want someone to do it all for him on teamviewer?
exactly.. the teamviewer requests at least make more sense than "derr i don't know how to do this, please upload a server for me kthxbai"
