Hello i need help with something very complicated

What i need is to know if there's a way to limit access to certain areas based on the level of the player i think it might require permissions. Im using heroes the plugin which is an rpg plugin that uses vault.

For example: I am entering a level 8 cave and I'm only level 7 because of that i am not permitted to enter.
