HCF classes plugin

What I want: i want the plugin to have 3 different classes that relates tto MineHQ, Kohi, or ParaHCF
the classes are:
Miner - Made by iron - The miner class is when you enable the class, you get a infanite amout of Night Vision II, and Haste II and when your Y cord goes under 20, you will get an infanite amout of invisibility. If you also have an Eff 4 or Eff 5 pickaxe, it will instantly mine stone only
Archer - Made by leather - Once equipped the archer class, you get Speed II for an infanite amount of time
Bard - Made by gold - Once equipped you get a infanite amount of time of Speed II, Resistance II, and Regeneration, and also have a energy bar at the middle right of the screen of the amount of energy you have, the minimum is 0 and the maximum is 120 and you can use Sugar for 8 seconds of Speed III, iron ingot for 8 seconds of Resistance III, spider eye to give a player Wither II withen 5 blocks away from you, and each one your energy goes down
Sugar = -45 energy
iron = -27 energy
spider eye = -70 energy
