Problem/Bug Having Issues with multiverse

I have been messing around and stuff and i cjust cant get rid of this error

I have multiverse and multiworld and alot of other plugins i tried redownloading multiverse and just cant get it to go away
the reason i tired to fix this error is becuase when i go into my server my warps dont work unless i do /reload and i think this may be to blame
