   Simple plugin that makes it 3x as hard to earn exp (like, minecraft exp)
   Please make it so 1/3 of exp you get is ignored, rather than mobs drop 1/3 exp since i am using plugins.

   also, no need for permissions or multi world stuff.
   
   also please make it so players dont drop exp on death.
