Hacker Only Server

Can I have a plugin where If a player gets banned they can only play on a world with other banned players until their ban is over. If they join they instantly get teleported to the server. After there ban is over they can join back to the server. (Example Perfourmium Network By Doni Bobes and RGAminecraft, or MunchyMC By BadBoyHalo.)

After you watch read this:
After he gets banned he joins a hacker server/world with the bedrock. Idk Which one he joins because it looks like a world but its called the Hacker Only Server. So please help me understand.
