   Name: RealGta
   What i want: A plugin that randomly spawns npc in a custom area when plays in radius of 15 blocks.
   Also want them to despawn 10 seconds after player left.
   And the npc having playerskins so they look like people.
   It is for a realistic gta 5 server.
