Groups Sign Plugin

Suggested name: ArieraGroupSigns

What I want: I want a plugin where you can make a sign and when you make:
1st line: blank
2nd line: group
3rd line: (someones username)
4th line: blank

it'll fill in the group of that person with a color on the 2nd line, and if someone changes groups it'll chang on the sign.
It'd need a config to put group names and group colors in.

Ideas for commands: /agsreload

Ideas for permissions: none needed

Update: I have made a lot of progress on this plugin, I am busy today (Sunday) most of the day and hopefully will get time to work on it after I am done, Monday I am also busy for the same reason and basically same schedule. However after that I have a lot of time then.

Are you ok with waiting a few days?

Yes I am, i had an issue on my hard drive and have to redo what I had. I am also very busy until next week
