Solved GroupManager All commands are locked due to an error.

Hey! Ive gotten an error on my new server using group manager. I'm new to config yml editing and got an error that stated "All commands are locked due to an error". Ive checked the error logs and tried to fix the problem it says, but it just repeats the same thing. Even after doing /manload. Here are the pastebins, if anyone could tell me how to fix it or even send me back a fixed yml pastebin, that'd be so great, thanks in advance!
