Group managers not saving user in user.yml

So I have group manager, I am trying to open a prison server, I am using RankUp to handle the ranking, what has occurred to me when I used my sisters account to bug test is that when I rank up, I get the right prefix but I don't have the access to the permissions I should have as a B prisoner. I took a look around and saw that my sisters account wasn't auto logged into the users.yml file. When she logs on I thought it would do it.
