Group manager error log

Hi, I am having a major issue with the group manager error log. I don't know much about plugins or config files. I am a newbie so if I don't understand bare with me please.

(I made the groups on the config file and I am pretty sure that is what caused the whole problem.)

Still can't see prefixes. Can't make groups... and it's just a mess.

Delete your config and permissions.yml folders for your Permissions Plugin manager. (PermissionsEx, GroupManager, bPermissions, etc...). Restart your server and do everything from in game, if you don't know how to do it from in game, look up a basics guide for your permissions plugin. This will tell you how to make groups, set default group, make prefixes and stuff like that. If your prefixes don't work after doing that, make sure you have Essentials and EssentialsChat installed.

 

I can't actually find anything about making anything in chat. Any help?
