you gave the wrong file and also you refused to read your own error.log, which says you have tabs in your file. http://wiki.ess3.net/wiki/YAML_Tutorial

Also, bumps are once every 24 hours. Not every 12 minutes.

Your error log will tell you what's wrong so that you can fix it. You need to learn to do these on your own if you're going to run a server.

This is a help forum, not a do it for you forum. Numerous people have attempted to help you, you simply need to follow their advice. Editing yml files is part of running a server, you will have to do it if you want to run your own bukkit server. Might as well get started now.
