Grief-Prevention Addon [HP Regen]

I'm looking to get a small addition added into another plugin.
[Health Regeneration implemented into Grief-Prevention claimed land.]

What I'm looking for is when players create a protected area with the plugin 'Grief-Prevention' they will start to regenerate life inside that area and also the areas they have Trust/Access to. So it's sort of like, If a player has Build Permissions inside of a claimed area, they get the regeneration buff like a beacon would give. But if they walk into someone else's Claimed Area and they cannot build there, they don't get the regeneration buff.

I'm pretty sure Grief-Prevention has an API to look into so it may be pretty easy to do? Not really sure.
