Greifer real-time blacklist

    Hey all, I think we need to build a centralized real-time blacklist of greifers, in the same way that ISPs prevent known zombie machines from sending out spam email.
    I hate Java, but if anyone wants to build a bukkit plugin for this I can build and host a web service with a REST API that keeps track of known greifers.
    I'm imagining at least two servers would have to submit a greifer's name or IP before it would then be banned from all servers using the RBL plugin.
