Great way to learn?

    What is a good tutorial to learn coding a plugin, What should i learn first and what then.

    Because i wan't to make an EXPbank for my server that's kinda abuse proof(Store 20 lvls and i'f you take it out it won't give you the lvls but acctualy the EXP)

    Learn Java first, then learn bukkit. Reverse order is not recommended.
